1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings. In case of any ambiguity, these definitions shall apply.

"Platform" or "Site" refers to the 3kok website and all its sub-sections, services, and content.
"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the 3kok platform.
"Account" refers to each member's individual personal gaming account, created through registration.
"Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or special offer provided by 3kok.
"Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum betting amount that must be completed before winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable.
"Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi currency (BDT), which is the sole transaction currency on this platform.

2 Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing the 3kok platform or creating an account, you agree to fully accept all the terms and conditions described below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and 3kok. They are to be read and applied together with 3kok's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Important: These terms are effective from the date of the latest update. Continuing to use the platform means you have accepted the most recent version.

3kok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time, at its own discretion, with or without prior notice. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.

3 Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to play games and use services on the 3kok platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
You must provide your real name, address, and contact details during registration. Providing false information will result in permanent account termination.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You will be held responsible for any use of your account by another person.
Any changes to your account information must be reported to the 3kok support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

3kok may at any time request government-issued identification (national ID card, passport, etc.) to verify a user's identity. 3kok reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. This process is necessary to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4 Eligibility & Age Verification

Age Requirement: You must be 21 years of age or older to use the 3kok platform. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

The following conditions must be met to be eligible to use 3kok's services:

You must be 21 years of age or older.
You must use this platform of your own judgment and free will.
You may not register if you have any active self-exclusion restrictions in place.
3kok employees or members of their immediate family may not participate in real-money games.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, 3kok may temporarily suspend the account and withhold deposited funds until valid proof of age is provided. If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be permanently terminated and any winnings will be forfeited.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 3kok platform:

5.2 Deposit Terms

You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
All deposit amounts will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to your account within a few minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Account identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement for any bonus has not been met.
In cases of suspicious activity, 3kok may hold a withdrawal until additional verification is completed.

Please note: For bank transfers, most Bangladeshi banks are supported, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3kok offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before acceptance.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,500.
If you deposit ৳8,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳13,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving a bonus, winnings from that bonus become withdrawable only after completing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in total bets must be completed — only then can winnings from the bonus be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
If abuse of a bonus or fraud is detected, 3kok may cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
3kok reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
Through the VIP program, members can advance to Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers to receive weekly cashback benefits.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

3kok is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards through fraudulent means, such as using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or place bets.
Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform.
Harassing, threatening, or engaging in harmful conduct toward other members.
Using the platform for illegal activities, including money laundering.
Using another person's account credentials or transferring accounts.

7.2 System Error Policy

If a system error occurs for any reason and results in an abnormal amount being credited or won, 3kok reserves the right to correct that error. Any transaction resulting from an error will not be considered final.

If any suspicious activity is detected, 3kok may immediately suspend the account, conduct an investigation, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

3kok believes that gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — as long as it remains within responsible limits. We place the highest priority on the wellbeing and mental health of our members.

Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
Options are available to take a temporary break (Cool-Off) or choose long-term Self-Exclusion if needed.

If the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any other unforeseen events.
If a user suffers any loss as a result of any reasonable action taken in accordance with these terms.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

3kok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

11.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

Violating any clause of these terms and conditions.
Creating an account using false or misleading information.
Abusing bonuses or promotions.
Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
Conducting illegal or suspicious transactions from the account.

11.2 Account Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account, contact our support team at [email protected]. Any active bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed, and any remaining eligible funds will be withdrawable.

12 Changes to Terms

3kok reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the site.
